David
Co-Owner | Operations
With four decades of experience in the design and construction industry, David has worked for Fortune 100 Companies and The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center delivering large capital programs. He is applying those project execution principles to the successful development of multi-family real estate projects across Texas.
David holds a BS in Engineering from North Carolina State University and MS in Engineering from Stanford University. He currently sits on multiple Boards, including the Army Residence Community (https://armyresidence.com) in San Antonio and Cyber Detection Services in Nashville. In 2014 he was appointed by Chief Architect of the U.S. General Services Administration to serve as a 'National Peer Review Professional' for large federally funded projects.
Joy
Co-Owner | Chief Financial Officer
As an alumnus of the University of Texas - Austin, over the past 14 years Joy has become well rounded in all facets of real estate property management and development. A licensed Realtor, Joy has also made a name for herself with spacious and timeless interior designs. With her community service, Joy has spearheaded our community outreach programs and has become the face of A2J as a positive asset to the community.
